If you don't have access to a SuperCalc installation anymore, and you really need the file(s) you might look to data conversion services (for a cost) like. That's not an endorsement, I have never used their services.

I did also read that Excel 95 may have been able to read SuperCalc files, if you can locate an old copy of that. I might have some old install disks here, if you are truly desperate for a small number of files I could try to load it on and old system here. Would have to did through the CDs to see if I have it though. Sorry I'm not of more help, those are some old files.

Hi Boac, it might help if you advised where you are based as some programs are country configured. I am based in Hammersmith, West London. With programs such as basic and wordstar, you really need the manuals that come with them.

Therefore consider buying complete application sets. They are not expensive. Go for Wordstar Professional (version 5 or 6), not Wordstar 2000.

I do not have experience of the Amstrad version, which is almost certainly cut down. The site I would look at for them is ebay/computing/vintage. Not sure what you are looking for in the way of graphics programs, but Supercalc does include some graphic facilities to display a spreadsheet's data. Good Luck - Keep us posted.
